]Role Description
Dovichi Labs Ltd is a forward-thinking technology company, and we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of our business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, enjoys coordinating tasks, and can keep multiple teams aligned toward shared goals.
You will play a key role in supporting our Career Support Officers, ensuring tasks are properly sorted, assigned, and tracked to completion. You’ll also work closely with the company’s directors, helping to execute administrative and operational priorities, manage schedules, coordinate internal and external communications, and maintain workflow efficiency across departments. In summary, you will be in the centre of the business.
This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to take initiative to solve problems and keep things moving.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination (preferably in a tech or education-related business).
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing remote teams and digital tools (e.g. Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting a mission-driven organisation..
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities across teams.
- Support Career Support Officers by sorting, assigning, and following up on tasks.
- Assist directors with administrative support, scheduling, and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, databases, and documentation.
- Track project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Facilitate internal communication and team updates.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining operational resources.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a culture of accountability.

About the Company and Role
Dovichi Labs Ltd is a forward-thinking technology company, and we are seeking a technically strong and product-driven Full Stack Engineer who can take full ownership of the development lifecycle – from architecture through deployment — and lead our platform to a functional and scalable MVP.
In this role, you won’t just write code – you’ll engineer the entire product stack, drive architectural decisions, and play a pivotal role in transforming concepts into high-performing, production-ready software.
You must be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies, integrating AI services, and deploying maintainable, scalable systems. You will be expected to set up and lead all core engineering operations, manage deployments, and ensure performance, security, and usability standards are met.

Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- High proficiency in Laravel (PHP) and ReactJS.
- Solid understanding of backend and frontend development, including CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML features is optional but an added advantage.
- Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms, and scalable architecture.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Passionate about building impactful products that empower professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Take end-to-end ownership of the new platform – backend infrastructure to frontend UI.
- Architect, develop, and deploy new features, including AI-powered scoring tools.
- Maintain and enhance the current codebase (dashboards, admin tools).
- Integrate external APIs and third-party services (e.g. OpenAI, ATS, payment systems).
- Optimise the system for scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including founders, designers, and early customers.
- Manage version control, DevOps pipelines, and deployment environments.
