Dovichi Labs Ltd is a forward-thinking technology company, and we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of our business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, enjoys coordinating tasks, and can keep multiple teams aligned toward shared goals.
You will play a key role in supporting our Career Support Officers, ensuring tasks are properly sorted, assigned, and tracked to completion. You’ll also work closely with the company’s directors, helping to execute administrative and operational priorities, manage schedules, coordinate internal and external communications, and maintain workflow efficiency across departments. In summary, you will be in the centre of the business.

Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination (preferably in a tech or education-related business).

Dovichi Labs Ltd is a forward-thinking technology company, and we are seeking a technically strong and product-driven Full Stack Engineer who can take full ownership of the development lifecycle – from architecture through deployment — and lead our platform to a functional and scalable MVP.
In this role, you won’t just write code – you’ll engineer the entire product stack, drive architectural decisions, and play a pivotal role in transforming concepts into high-performing, production-ready software.
You must be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies, integrating AI services, and deploying maintainable, scalable systems. Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and digitally savvy Account Officer (Real Estate Portfolio) to manage operations for one of our corporate clients — a fast-growing real estate company with interests in residential, commercial, and short-let (Airbnb) properties.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the client’s property listings, coordinate online activities, respond to enquiries, and ensure consistent visibility across platforms. You will manage property uploads, maintain listings on the company’s real estate management system, publish posts and blogs on their website, and support general digital engagement activities to drive occupancy and client satisfaction.
This role requires someone with strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. You’ll work remotely but stay closely aligned with both Dovichi Labs and the client’s internal team.
Who You Are
