This policy explains how Dovichi Labs Ltd collects, uses and protects information when you visit dovichi.com, use Dovichi Labs or other products and platforms, or contact us. Dovichi Labs Ltd is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15697688, with our registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. The company was incorporated on 30 April 2024 as DoviLearn Global Education Ltd and changed its name to Dovichi Labs Ltd on 21 September 2026; the legal entity and its obligations are unchanged.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through our contact form, including your name, email, organisation and enquiry message. When you enter Dovichi Labs, your chosen sign-in service provides your name, email address, profile image and account identifier so we can establish a secure session. We never receive your password. Signed-in Labs history is linked to your account and stores prompts, roadmap answers, generated outputs and the text of any document you attach to a conversation, so you can reopen sessions. Documents are read in your browser and only the extracted text is sent to us; the original file is never uploaded or stored.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate Labs access, save and reopen your private Labs sessions, maintain security, respond to enquiries, provide and improve our products and platforms, fulfil legal obligations and communicate relevant company information where permitted.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Trusted authentication, infrastructure and service providers may process information only where required to operate Dovichi under appropriate safeguards. Labs history is separate from the operational credit ledger, which does not store prompts, answers or generated outputs. Account-linked history remains until you delete its sessions, unless longer or shorter retention is legally or operationally required.

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information and Labs history, restrict or object to certain processing, or exercise other applicable rights. Contact us to make a request.
